Responsibilities
- To manage the branch ,ensuring that all activities of delivery and pickup are completed daily
- To monitor staff data updating in system, all cash collections and cheque collection are timely credited.
- Attend into any disciplinary issues arising from the branch.
- To ensure that all the payments for administrative duties are done timely to avoid disruption.
- Checking and monitoring of fleet card usage and travelling claims.
- To meet EM20 delivery performance KPI, E-Courier KPI ensuring smooth pick-ups delivery on daily basis.
- Ensuring PSI is met and all shipments is delivered in due time.
- Follow all ISO and Company's policies and procedures.
- To handle any additional task handed by RIC from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the logistics, transportation, supply chain industry or any related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing branch or regional operations
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on key performance metrics
- Thorough understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
- Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
