Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing high-performing teams, and expanding market presence within the network infrastructure and ELV industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team capabilities
  • Foster a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture

2. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends

3. Performance Management

  • Set and manage sales KPIs for individuals and teams
  • Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer issues effectively
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

5. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
  • Provide insights based on sales data and market intelligence

6. Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, consultants, M&E contractors, and ELV installers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Ensure timely execution of projects and client expectations are met

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in network infrastructure, ELV, or related industry
  • At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role

Technical & Business Skills

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure / ELV solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
  • Excellent negotiation, business development, and strategic planning skills

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
