Job Description

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Business Development
  • Lead and manage the overall sales operations for the automotive segment.
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing strategies, and business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Customer Relationship & Market Expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, spare parts shops, dealers, and other stakeholders in the automotive industry.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate effective sales and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including coordination, inventory planning, and customer service delivery.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, stock movement, accounts receivable, and market feedback.
  • Team Management & Development
  • Lead, develop, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Credit & Inventory Management
  • Oversee customer credit terms and overdue accounts, and support the sales team in effective collection management.
  • Implement action plans to manage slow-moving or obsolete stock to maintain healthy inventory turnover.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Language proficiency: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.Note: Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a strong advantage, as we aim to better serve our Mandarin-speaking clientele.
  • Strong industry network and established customer base in the automotive sector.
  • Solid understanding of automotive market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, guide, and drive team performance.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management, credit control, and inventory operations.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop practical sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
