- Lead Branch Operations to ensure smooth daily logistics and freight forwarding operations to meet service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Guide, motivate, and build a high-performing team to ensure staff productivity and retention.
- Customer Relationship Management to foster strong client relationships to retain key accounts and secure repeat business.
- Manage branch financial performance by controlling costs and optimizing profitability.
- Ensure branch compliance with customs regulations, company SOPs, and industry standards to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in freight forwarding/logistics; at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong people management, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue goals in logistics.
- Well understanding of customs clearance, air/sea/land logistics, and Johor region market.
- Mandarin speakers preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems, processes and compliances.
