This full-time, on-site Branch Manager/Branch Executive role is based in Petaling Jaya. The selected individual will oversee branch operations, manage team performance, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client services. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering relationships with clients and partners. The role also entails monitoring the effectiveness of security and safety services, handling risk assessments, and guiding the development of team members to ensure operational excellence.

• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and implementing business strategies
• Knowledge in risk management, security, and safety compliance
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients, staff, and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure or crisis situations
• Familiarity with the security industry, including high-risk environment operations, is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management, security studies, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya
