Branch Manager/Bus Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

1. Lead the bus sales department, managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to delivery
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for King Long buses in Malaysia
3. Manage and motivate a team of bus sales advisors in the branches to achieve sales targets

Technical Coordination

1. Work closely with bus body builders to ensure customization meets customer specifications and regulatory standards.
2. Possess a strong understanding of bus chassis, engine configurations, emission standards, and other technical components
3. Liaise with technical consultants and engineers to resolve product or customization issues

Requirements:

• Dynamic individual with strong technical knowledge of bus specifications
• Experience in government liaison
• Ability to manage sales team while maintaining effective communication with our overseas principal, King Long
