We are an established Malaysian company specializing in industrial services and integrated business solutions, supporting clients in improving operational efficiency and meeting regulatory standards.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and drive business growth in the East of Malaysia. This role will be responsible for overseeing business development activities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and commercial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to management
  • Lead, coach, and manage a small team to drive performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or branch management
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing key accounts
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional portfolio
  • Willing to travel within the Sabah region
  • Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
