We are representing a leading local bank is seeking a highly capable and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations in Kepong. As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, fostering a customer-centric culture, and driving branch performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Oversee all branch operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Team Development: Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet financial targets.
- Sales & Growth: Drive the branchs sales performance, achieve targets, and contribute to the banks overall business growth.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant banking regulations and risk management protocols.
Key Requirements
- IPPC and FIMM certifications are required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in achieving business targets and managing branch operations effectively.
