- Manage a retail branch that caters to all retail and commercial market segments offering a wide range of products and services in a high growth area
- To engage, manage and address business requirements and financial needs of the local business communities such as SME, Corporate/Commercial, Trade associates, Government agencies, local council & committee, local social centres, schools/ learning centres and etc.
- Grow customer base and elevating the local community's perception on RHB Bank's brand and reputation
- Provide leadership and management to the branch sales and operations teams to deliver the annual sales growth and targets as defined by Regional Director
Responsible for all loans/financing, wealth, bancassurance, deposit products and capital market products, particularly investment products across retail and non-retail
