About the Role
We are looking for Branch Technical Support Executives / Branch Maintenance Engineers to support nationwide branch operations for a large-scale government project. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, resolving technical issues, and maintaining smooth daily operations across branch locations.
You will be part of a critical support team responsible for maintaining uptime, resolving incidents, and delivering reliable technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities at assigned branch locations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Respond to service requests and incidents within agreed SLA timelines
- Install, configure, replace, and upgrade IT equipment and systems
- Coordinate with central technical teams for complex issue resolution
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, and maintenance reports
- Provide on-site support to branch users and ensure system availability
- Escalate critical incidents when required and follow escalation procedures
- Ensure compliance with operational and maintenance standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or maintenance roles
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, connectivity, etc.)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience in incident management and SLA-based support environments
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Able to travel or work within assigned region/state
