Job Description

Role Summary

Bolt Industries Group (BIG) is seeking a Brand & Online Presence Manager to lead our digital identity and streamline our communication infrastructure. As we drive Southeast Asia's clean-energy transformation, you will act as a strategic storyteller, adopting a long-term approach to emotionally connect with audiences and influence brand perception over time. This role combines high-level editorial strategy with the technical management of the tools and vendors that power our daily outreach, ensuring our missionunlocking energy freedomis communicated with clarity, authority, and consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Content Excellence

  • Cross-Brand Stewardship: Maintain visual and narrative consistency across the parent group and our specialized brands: Bright Energy, CREAM Solar, and BT Consulting.
  • Editorial Strategy: Establish and enforce a clear editorial charterincluding tone, style, and key messagingto ensure the brand's identity accurately reflects our values of performance and purpose.
  • Multi-Format Production: Lead the creation of diverse content formats, including in-depth blog articles to build authority, inspirational videos for project testimonials, and interactive social media posts tailored for LinkedIn and other key platforms.
  • SEO & Visibility: Implement on-page SEO best practices (keyword research, HTML tag optimization) to increase organic visibility and ensure our technical engineering achievements rank well on search engines.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and adjust strategies based on KPIs such as engagement rates, website traffic, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Systems, Vendors & Operations

  • Communication Infrastructure: Manage and optimize the group's official communication channels, including professional email systems and WhatsApp Business API, to ensure seamless lead flow and customer engagement.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies and web developers, ensuring all deliverables meet BIG's premium brand standards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to align content with strategic goals and ensure a seamless, unified brand experience.
  • Workflow Automation: Implement systems that integrate our online presence with internal communication, ensuring inquiries are routed efficiently to the Sales and Partnership teams.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to blend storytelling with data-driven audience targeting and performance analysis.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong writing skills with the ability to master technical language and adapt tone/style based on target audiences (from residential owners to industrial partners).
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot, alongside business communication suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365).
  • Project Leadership: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of digital trends and the Southeast Asian digital landscape to effectively drive regional brand recognition.
