Role Overview

As a Brand Channel Support, you will support the execution of trade marketing activities across retail channels. This role focuses on coordination, in-store execution, and operational support to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively rolled out at the point of sale. You will work closely with the Trade Marketing team, Sales, and external partners to drive visibility and sales performance in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of trade marketing campaigns across modern trade and general trade channels.
  • Coordinate with Sales team and retailers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of promotions and displays.
  • Assist in preparing point-of-sale materials (POSM) and ensure proper deployment in stores.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance, including sell-out, visibility, and in-store compliance.
  • Support in managing promotion mechanics, pricing, and product listings across channels.
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., promoters, merchandising agencies, suppliers) for campaign execution.
  • Conduct basic market visits/store checks to monitor competitor activities and in-store execution quality.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Support administrative tasks such as purchase orders, budget tracking, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in FMCG, retail, and trade marketing.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and willing to be involved in fieldwork/store visits.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
