Job Description
The Brand Communication Executive will play a pivotal role in bringing the MOG brand to life across various platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of brand content, social media strategies, and a diverse range of events. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a meticulous organizer, and a proactive collaborator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for engaging audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, develop, write, and edit compelling brand content for various channels, including social media, website, media releases and marketing collateral, aligning with MOG's brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/freelancers to produce high-quality video/written assets.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicates MOG's value proposition and innovations.
- Manage and grow MOG's presence across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community.
- Monitor social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize strategies for increased engagement and brand awareness.
- Assist in identifying, researching, and establishing relationships with potential brand collaborators, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in executing a diverse portfolio of events, including: CSR Events/ Brand Events/ Corporate Events/ Sales Events.
- Assist on event management including vendor management, budget tracking, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Curate promotional materials and assist on post-event reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand activation or collaboration.
- Track and report on the performance of content, social media campaigns, and events, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Branding / Marketing / Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand or marketing communications management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successful social media management and brand building initiatives.
- Strong fashion sense and ability to identify emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
