We work very closely with our network partners - ROOTS Asia Pacific (Malaysia & Singapore) and DEX Ventures to drive the integrated strategies that we develop for our clients.
In a Nutshell:
As our Associate, you will be ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and success of our content creation and influence engagement efforts. You will be working with the team to develop and manage content for our client's brands and campaigns. You will also be interacting and engaging with people from various backgrounds - influencers, media, vendors and partners relevant to our clients brand and campaign goals. You are expected to be organised, resourceful, with a result-driven mindset while keeping yourself informed of the latest news, trends and insights of our clients industries.
What you'll do:
- Research, write and edit content
- Collaborate with partners to create and distribute content
- Understand and manage daily operations of the internal team as requested (WIP, Cadences, Task Management)
- Provide research support and compile relevant information for new pitches and proposals
- Identify and engage talents, KOLs and media to foster dialogue and promote client's brand
- Manage and execute content outcome for projects /campaigns from signed SOW to post-campaign reporting
- Support and work with relevant internal/ external stakeholders in ensuring proper alignment to meet the overall project/campaign objectives
- Social media monitoring and management
- Analyse and report on campaign performance
What you have:
- At least Diploma or Degree. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Candidates with PR, journalism, digital marketing and writing experience will have an edge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful.
- People person, friendly and love meeting new people.
- Multilingual candidates are welcomed.
- Well-versed with social media platforms and current trends.
- Relationship building and negotiation skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
- A strong command of English both spoken and written and the ability to write well in a variety of styles.
- Comfortable in assisting on alcohol accounts, passionate in fitness / sports and knowledgabe with other lifestle industries such as tech, beauty, skincare, interior design, etc.
