Job Description

At ADspace, visual communication is central to how we create impact for our clients. We are looking for a Brand Creative Designer who can produce high-quality static designs, GIFs, motion graphics, and animated content using professional software such as Adobe Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), After Effects (AE), and Premiere Pro (PR).

The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and consistently maintains strong expectations for quality in every deliverable.

Objectives of the Role

  • Produce innovative and visually compelling designs that support business and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, client expectations, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple creative tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and execution.
  • Maintain and organize internal design, photography, and video asset databases with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop visual concepts for web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, internal communications, and digital content.
  • Convert creative briefs into impactful, well-structured designs that align with brand identity and strategic direction.
  • Conceptualize and execute static and animated graphics using approved professional tools (AI, PS, AE, PR).
  • Prepare and upload materials following proper file-handling standards and content management best practices.
  • Apply current design trends and market insights in producing category-specific visuals.
  • Uphold high standards of craftsmanship by ensuring consistency, alignment accuracy, proper colour usage, and overall attention to detail in every output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
  • Strong creativity and design sensibilities, supported by a portfolio demonstrating precise, high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other professional tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • A disciplined approach to quality assurance and attention to detail in all design stages.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining high standards in design execution.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

  • Experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Skills in photography and photo-editing.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and AI-assisted design workflows.
