About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Brand Executive to support brand growth and category performance. You'll assist in planning, product assortments, buying coordination, and data analysis to help deliver sales and profitability for assigned brands.
What You'll Do:
- Support the development of business plans to grow brand sales
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to support planning
- Assist in customer/consumer mapping and brand segmentation activities
- Help manage product assortments, pricing, promotions, and new product launches
- Coordinate with Retail Operations to gather sales insights and consumer feedback
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Monitor brand performance KPIs (sales, sell-out, margins, turnover) and prepare reports
- Support forecasting and sales planning activities
- Assist in in-season stock movement, markdown tracking, and sell-through analysis
- Coordinate buying requirements, order follow-ups, and delivery timelines
- Support relationships with principals/suppliers for launches, campaigns, and pricing discussions
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 12 years experience in brand, merchandising, buying, or retail (internships count!)
- Interest in retail, brand building, category management, and consumer trends
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with sales & performance data
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT), with exposure to analytics/reporting tools a plus
