Responsibilities
- Plan campaign roadmaps and develop creative strategies for brands and clients
- Research and craft impactful client proposals
- Prepare monthly/quarterly brand performance reports
- Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content
- Build and execute brand strategies through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience targeting
- Set up and optimise brand assets across platforms to maximise visibility
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content according to brand guidelines
- Analyse social data, metrics, and insights to improve performance continuously
- Work closely with creative, production, media, and operations teams to deliver successful projects
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in brand marketing, advertising or public relationship
- Knowledge of brand marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Good copywriting skill, fluency in English and Mandarin
