Job Description

The Brand Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution of production support services to meet clients objectives and expectations. This role requires the planning, management, and execution of both on-ground and online/live events aligned with annual brand campaign initiatives within the client's marketing plans. You will work closely within the Brand Experience team and report directly to the Brand Experience Team Lead to ensure projects are delivered successfully, within budget, and to the highest standard. The role plays a critical part in exceeding client expectations while maintaining operational efficiency, seamless execution, and high-quality event experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary account servicing lead for assigned clients under both Brand and Retail teams, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and satisfaction across all stakeholders.
  • Translate client business needs into actionable experiential solutions, ensuring alignment between brand strategy and on-ground execution.
  • Develop and present project proposals according to client briefs and requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions, client pitches, and large-scale opportunities while maintaining a holistic view of project execution and overall event success.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, including pre-project planning, event flow management, budgeting, timeline coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate regular client servicing meetings, status updates, and reporting to maintain transparency across all project stages.
  • Support business growth by identifying upsell opportunities, incremental activations, and long-term partnership extensions with clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively managing expectations, providing consultation, and identifying growth opportunities across brand activations and retail initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Creative, Strategy, Production, Retail Marketing) to ensure integrated execution across channels.
  • Support retail marketing initiatives including in-store activations, POSM rollouts, and retail experience enhancements where applicable.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members within the Brand Experience department.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in brand experience, experiential marketing, events, or integrated campaigns within an agency or client-side environment.
  • Strong creative thinking ability with a proven track record of translating brand briefs into engaging, immersive, and culturally relevant experiences.
  • Ability to contribute to ideation sessions, concept development, and storytelling across physical, digital, and hybrid activations.
  • Strong visual and experiential imagination — able to see the experience beyond just execution.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end event production, including budgeting, timelines, vendors, and on-ground execution.
  • Strong account servicing skills with experience managing brand and retail clients, including stakeholder management and client presentations.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with operational feasibility and budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in pitching ideas to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer journeys, and how experiential touchpoints influence perception and engagement.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly during live events or changing project conditions.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Creative, Strategy, Production, and Technical vendors.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and leadership in driving projects from concept to completion.
  • Bonus: Experience in retail marketing, tech brands, or large-scale consumer activations is an advantage.
  • Bonus: Ability to integrate digital, AI, or interactive elements into physical experiences is highly valued.
