As eufy continues to expand its presence across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a passionate and commercially savvy Brand Manager to spearhead brand growth in Malaysia.
About the Role
As the Brand Manager for eufy Malaysia, you will be the custodian of the eufy brand in the local market. You will be responsible for building brand equity, driving consumer awareness, and executing go-to-market strategies that resonate with Malaysian consumers across digital and physical retail channels.
This is a hands-on role that blends brand strategy, campaign execution, retail marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with regional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and execute the eufy brand strategy for Malaysia in alignment with regional and global brand guidelines
- Localise global brand messaging to resonate with the Malaysian consumer landscape (multicultural — Malay, Chinese, Indian communities)
- Monitor competitive landscape across key players (Xiaomi, Samsung, Google Nest, etc.) and identify differentiation opportunities
Campaign & Content Management
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google), e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), and offline channels
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal design teams to develop localised marketing assets (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Manage influencer & KOL partnerships relevant to Malaysian audiences
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Partner with key retail accounts (Harvey Norman, AEON, Challenger, authorised resellers) to drive in-store visibility and brand experience
- Develop trade marketing activations, promotions, and point-of-sale materials
- Support e-commerce brand store management on Shopee and Lazada platforms
Product Launch & Go-to-Market
- Lead end-to-end product launch planning for new eufy products in Malaysia
- Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely execution
- Develop launch materials including press kits, product messaging, and media briefings
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse brand KPIs — brand awareness, share of voice, campaign ROI, and sell-through performance
- Provide regular reports and insights to regional leadership
- Manage brand marketing budget with accountability for P&L impact
About You
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or lifestyle products
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in Malaysia
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage given Malaysia's multicultural market)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools
- Malaysian citizen or holder of valid Malaysian work authorisation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Chinese consumer electronics or technology brands
- Familiarity with smart home / IoT product categories
- Prior experience managing KOL/influencer programmes in Malaysia
- Experience with regional Southeast Asia campaigns
