BRAND MANAGER

Job Purpose & Key Accountablities

• Formulate and implement successful marketing and business strategies to products under care towards achieving company objectives of growth and profitability
• Design and execute a mix of creative design and production work across offline and online marketing platforms
• Work with internal and external team to ensure successful campaign execution. Monitor campaign implementation and ensure all brand materials meet brand guidelines and objectives
• Provide marketing and brand support for international business initiatives when required
• Work closely with HOD, CHC Marketing to achieve the brands nets sales and profit through consumer-driven innovative marketing strategies
• Achieve the set net sales targets for the assigned brands, whilst managing and controlling the A&P expenses of the assigned brands (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) as per the allocation agreed by the management
• Accountable for P&L performance by ensuring marketing strategies, trade investments, and operational decisions are aligned to revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability targets

Person Specification

• A recognized degree or tertiary education in marketing or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in sporting events, brand activations, or sports industry environments
• Experience creating social media content and managing brand pages independently
