As Kens Apothecary continues to grow its brand portfolio and deepen its market presence, we are expanding our brand capability to support both existing brands and future initiatives. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver brand strategies that strengthen consistency, performance, and long-term brand value.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Brand, Marketing & Sales Strategy

  • Lead a designated category and brand portfolio, driving marketing strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and business objectives.
  • Develop and lead the annual marketing plan across innovation, reactivation, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on commercial impact, channel strategy, pricing discipline, and assortment mix.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, executable plans that drive measurable growth.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns grounded in consumer, retailer, and market insights.
  • Drive strong go-to-market execution with clear timelines, alignment, and follow-through.
  • Partner closely with the sales team, using data to strengthen base business performance and improve sell-in and sell-through.
  • Build retailer-specific trade plans and deliver below-the-line activations across digital and physical channels.

External & Principal Management

  • Manage external agencies to develop integrated communications, digital assets, and e-commerce creatives aligned with brand strategy.
  • Oversee the development of advertising, displays, and marketing materials to ensure timely and consistent campaign launches.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with brand principals, ensuring alignment and trust.

Forecasting, Analysis & Performance Management

  • Build accurate sales and stock demand forecasts for launches and promotions in collaboration with sales and demand planning.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness across awareness, engagement, loyalty, and sales metrics.
  • Manage departmental P&L and marketing budgets, ensuring disciplined and accountable use of resources.

Trade Strategy & Team Leadership

  • Develop and lead trade strategies including launches, customer activations, loyalty programmes, and staff incentives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the brand team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and capability growth.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and high execution standards.

Day-to-Day Focus

  • Campaign planning and execution aligned with brand principals direction and timelines.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with creative, sales, operations, demand planning, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Regular sales reporting, store performance monitoring, and proactive initiatives to drive growth and brand visibility.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on brand management experience, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or luxury consumer goods.
  • Strong ownership mindset with experience managing brands, budgets, and execution end-to-end.
  • Sound commercial judgement with the ability to link brand strategy to sales and profitability.
  • High execution standards and the discipline to deliver with consistency.
  • Solid analytical capability, including confident use of Excel and performance data.
  • Clear, confident communicator able to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
