Position Summary
Lead the growth and success of our fashion brand by driving sales, profitability, and retail excellence. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize inventory, and execute impactful brand initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Business
- Develop annual business plans and sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Maximize revenue and profitability.
- Conduct business reviews with brand principals
Merchandising & Inventory
- Attend seasonal buying sessions (where required).
- Plan product orders.
- Optimize inventory levels, stock turns and replenishment.
- Manage markdowns and end-of-season sales while minimizing aged stock.
Marketing
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and events.
- Plan promotional calendars.
- Provide market insights to strengthen brand positioning.
Retail Operations
- Conduct store visits.
- Ensure stores comply with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a consistent customer experience across locations
People Leadership
- Oversee Store PIC performance.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Coach and develop store teams.
- Drive employee engagement and reduce turnover.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8+ years in fashion retail, preferably in premium or luxury brands.
- Experience as a Brand Manager, Area Manager, Retail Operations Manager, Merchandising Manager, or Senior Store Manager ready for the next step.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership.
- Experience working with buying, merchandising, marketing and visual merchandising teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, especially with regional or international brand principals.
