We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Manage digital and offline marketing activities, including social media, promotions, events, and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and Creative teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support the development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in campaign management and working with external agencies is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
