Set yearly revenue targets and manage the associated spending plan, keeping performance on track within approved budgets.
Own product profitability (gross and operating margins) by maintaining a thorough grasp of the brand's cost breakdown.
Keep every brand initiative consistent with agreed-upon regional or global positioning and internal policy, while safeguarding overall brand equity.
Coordinate with internal teams and creative/media agencies on above-the-line campaigns designed to lift awareness, reputation, and audience engagement.
Partner with cross-functional colleagues and event vendors on ground-level promotions and PR efforts that push sales, strengthen retail presence, and encourage first-time purchases.
Handle point-of-purchase and premium item logistics — from ordering and delivery scheduling to quality checks and stock tracking across storage sites.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand management or consumer marketing, ideally within an FMCG or consumer products environment.
Solid understanding of brand strategy, marketing planning, and new product development processes.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and profitability metrics.
Experience working with advertising agencies and managing ATL/BTL campaigns.
Good project management skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with market research tools is an advantage.
