Role Summary:
The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function to develop and execute strategies that strengthen the company's brand presence, drive business growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, branding, and marketing analytics. Knowledge of the BPO industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, with strong focus on SEO, content strategy, and social media campaigns.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
- Support corporate communications, PR initiatives, and internal branding efforts where necessary.
Additional Requirement:
Candidates must have strong B2B marketing experience, particularly in driving brand and marketing strategies for business clients, as this aligns closely with our domain and go-to-market approach.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record in brand management, SEO, and marketing campaign execution.
- Experience in the BPO or service-based industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and automation systems.
