Job Description

We're seeking a talented Brand Specialist to join SANY International Developing (M) Sdn Bhd.In this role, you'll manage brand strategies, ensure consistent messaging across all channels, and drive initiatives that enhance our brand presence both locally and globally. Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

  • Implement and maintain SANY brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Ensure visual identity, messaging, and tone are aligned across both online and offline materials.
  • Support localization initiatives for the New Australia Region, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies.

2. Content Development & Corporate Communications

  • Create and manage internal and external communication materials, including case studies, brochures, and brand presentations.
  • Assist in internal communications such as company updates and campaigns.
  • Coordinate accurate translation of content in English, Malay, and Chinese.

3. Digital & Social Media Support

  • Manage and update company social media platforms in line with brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to enhance online brand presence and engagement.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track brand visibility and media coverage to assess brand performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for management review on brand-related activities and performance.

Job Requirements & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in working with global brands and localization initiatives is a plus.

Skills:

  • Brand Management: Strong understanding of brand strategies, guidelines, and consistency across multiple channels.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa and/or Chinese is an advantage.
  • Digital Literacy: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to create compelling brand materials while maintaining consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across departments and teams to support brand initiatives.
