Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Operations
• Conduct comprehensive brand positioning and competitor analyses to support strategic direction and market differentiation in the local market.
• Localize and execute brand promotion initiatives assigned by headquarters, ensuring full alignment with the global brand identity and communication tone.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies on campaign planning, content development, and media execution, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and quality expectations.
• Coordinate and support participation in automotive exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events, managing liaison with agencies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
2. Product Promotion
• Support the development of localized product promotion strategies, adapting headquarters policies to fit local consumer behavior and market conditions.
• Manage external agencies to implement product launch and promotion campaigns across both digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Utilize the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) framework to evaluate campaign performance, consolidate market feedback, and propose continuous improvement measures.
• Collaborate with dealers and sales teams to align product promotion activities with broader business objectives and sales goals.
3. Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration
• Act as the key liaison between headquarters, local agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of branding and promotional projects.
• Monitor campaign budgets, schedules, and KPIs, and provide regular performance reports and insights to headquarters and local management teams.
• Track and analyze competitors brand and promotional activities, generating actionable insights to support local strategy refinement and HQ decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A background in automotive branding, product marketing, or communications is preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years professional experience in brand promotion, product marketing, or event activation, preferably within the local automotive or consumer market.
• Proven ability in market analysis, brand positioning, and integrated marketing planning, with strong strategic thinking and execution capability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Tableau or other marketing analytics and visualization tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage for cross-regional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures, departments, and external partners.
