Key Responsibilities
- Brand Go-to-Market Activation, Execution and Management: Support the development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., social media, programmatic, YT, local media). Partner with Content, Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand & PR teams, and creatives agencies to deliver holistic impactful campaigns that are cut through & resonate with our target audience, fostering community engagement and participation.
- Project Management: Act as a key liaison and project manager for brand advertising and creative agencies. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of campaigns.
- Creative & Storytelling Brand Asset Production: Collaborate with in-house design/agency and marketing teams to deliver visually compelling and brand-aligned assets like Brand Video Production or Marketing Material. To drive the end-to-end process of video content creation, from concept development and scriptwriting to collaborating with internal teams and external agencies for production and post-production. Ensure videos align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Maximize Impact and ROI: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics for all brand initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay abreast of global marketing trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and campaign development.
- Brand Guidelines Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
QualificationsandRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) experience in brand marketing ideally be a mix of in-house and agency roles, with at least some time in a high-growth, global business & experienced in fintech vertical.
- Experience working with media, creative, and production agencies.
- Proven ability to develop brand strategies and deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio showcasing impactful brand campaigns.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand voice.
- Good-to-have: Experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 (or equivalent).
- Strong writing and communication skills able to express ideas clearly and persuasively to creative teams and business stakeholders.
