Works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards. Following the 5S, Housekeeping and HACCP related to the work place.
Makes all the quality checks in line with the quality specifications and to ensure accurate quality data are reported timely.
Executes the tagging process, CILT and applies problem solving tools.
Participates and starts leading the improvement teams.
Perform the brewing technician's job as and when required, including start-up, shut-down, changeover and cleaning.
Executes all the brewing operations in line with the valid standards. Manage documentation and reporting for the working area.
To safely operate and control the brewing process and equipment to the desired level of performance.
Executes basic preventive maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities. Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions.
Participate in immediate breakdown repair or to assist in major breakdown repair.
Perform down time analysis and trouble-shooting as well as recommend innovative solutions and to implement through.
Requirements:
Degree holder in related technical field, preferably in Engineering/Mechatronics.
1-3 years experience in production/brewing/maintenance in manufacturing environment.
Preferred experience in TPM/LEAN/ 6 SIGMA, etc.
Preferably in beverage/maintenance operation shopfloor experience.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
IT literate and proficient in using computers, iPad, systems, etc.
Must be able to work in changing shift patterns according to demand.
