We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our NI FN BBD Ops Business Operations (L05) department. As our BU Operation Tool Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our in-house design tools, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing our business operations. You are expected to be an induvial contributor skilled at database and UI development, and also a team player who can collaborate with the stakeholders to solve the issues during daily operations.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Develop and maintain in-house design tools to streamline and optimize business operations.
- Manage and oversee the portfolio, supplier, and delivery details, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Skillfully utilize MySQL, Python, and front-end UI technologies (VUE, bootstrap, Java) for database and UI development.
- Push for innovation and continuous improvement in our operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance our operational capabilities.
Key Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the communications industry.
- Strong proficiency in MySQL, Python, and front-end UI development (VUE, bootstrap, Java).
- Excellent database and UI development skills, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Familiarity with industry-standard operational tools and practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding and developing teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
