Shape the Future of Cross-Border Payments

Nexus Global Operator (NGO) is the joint venture entity established by PayNet and NETS to serve as the Nexus Technical Operator, responsible for building, operating and securing the core technology platform for Nexus. Nexus is designed to transform cross-border payments by connecting domestic instant payment systems across markets through a single, standardized platform. This is a rare opportunity to help build critical global payments infrastructure, backed by two national payment infrastructure operators with proven experience in world class real-time payment ecosystems.

This role will assist in project coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of initiatives across the organization and across key delivery stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global payments environment.

What You'll Own

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior management.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, action items, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support data collection and analysis for PMO initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and escalate issues as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
  • Support governance activities, including tracking decisions, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.

Who You Are

The Build Support Associate will support the Head of Build to drive coordination, reporting, and administrative excellence across key initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or administrative roles, experience in financial services/payments is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or project management tools (e.g., Projects, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Experience supporting cross-functional or multi-stakeholder projects would be an advantage.
