Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Maintenance professional located in Petaling Jaya. The responsibilities include conducting routine building maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the functionality of systems such as plumbing, air conditioning, civil, fire fighting and addressing any infrastructure issues. The role also involves scheduling preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and coordinating with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Building Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and general maintenance tasks
- Proficiency in wiring diagram and basic electrical skills
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and structural issues
- Strong focus on safety procedures and adherence to maintenance standards
- Good organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple tasks effectively
- Relevant certification in building maintenance or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in property or facility management is beneficial
