Job Description Summary: To ensure PGAT-1 and PGAT-2 Walkable Ceiling in good condition, comply to all PM Requirements, assist any vendor job/project related related to walkable ceiling. A part of that, responsible to support Building Facilities, Production , Restrooms, Ceiling, Roofing, Tiling work, carpenters works in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, Specifications, safety and system requirements.
Job Description: The Building Technician is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus with the application of Best Practices and implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on building facilities.
Risk Management Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, and essential services and environmental. Profitability and Savings Initiatives Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement. Customer Service and Client Relationships
Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user. Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level. Reporting Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Tickets and AR closure, Risk Assessment, BAR, Maximo PM Closure and others Requirements Candidate must possess a minimum Certificate/Diploma in Engineering discipline, with considerable hands-on working experience in facilities engineering.
Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus. Good written and oral communication skills deadlines and including work irregular hours. Other prerequisites Ability to work on shifts is preferred
