Job Description

Job Summary:

The Business Admin Intern (Enterprise Business) supports the Revenue team in managing key accounts, administrative processes, and operational coordination. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth execution of enterprise-related activities, including client onboarding, documentation management, data tracking, and internal coordination across teams such as Sales, Product, and Operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for enterprise clients, including documentation collection, verification, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update enterprise client data in internal systems (e.g., CRM), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in tracking key account activities, deliverables, and timelines to ensure commitments are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to gather required information and support execution of enterprise initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize documentation such as agreements, proposals, reports, and client records in designated storage systems.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on key metrics related to enterprise accounts (e.g., onboarding progress, activation status).
  • Support communication with enterprise clients where required (e.g., follow-ups, information requests, scheduling).
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects to support the Enterprise Business team's operational efficiency.

Position Specifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or project management platforms.
