About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on exposure to business operations, insurance administration, and training event coordination.
You will work directly with the Director and his team to understand how a professional advisory and training business is managed.
This is ideal for students who are organized, responsible, and eager to learn practical business skills.
Allowance
Internship allowance: RM 1,200 RM 1,700 per month (depending on experience and duration)
Key Responsibilities
1 Administrative Support
- Update and organize client database and records
- Track important dates (client birthdays, policy review dates, renewals)
2 Insurance Business Support
- Follow up on administrative and documentation requirements
- Assist in arranging client appointments and review meetings
3 Personal Assistant Support
- Assist in managing calendar and scheduling
- Set reminders for important deadlines
- Support basic social media scheduling and coordination
4 Training & Event Coordination
- Manage participant registration and attendance tracking
- Follow up with participants after events

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree student in Business or related field
- Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills

- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus)
