You'll create impact on:
- Financial & Risk Support: Assist with hedging requests, withholding tax processes, and issuance of bonds and guarantees during bid and execution phases in a timely manner.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure accurate data in order processing and project execution (e.g., order confirmation, customer creation, credit assessment) while maintaining consistency and transparency in product/spare parts business.
- Audit & Documentation: Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation is maintained and accessible (e.g., via SharePoint).
- Order & Sales Processing: Support end-to-end order processing, including sales order creation and issuance of purchase orders, in line with established guidelines and policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & General Support: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (commercial, project managers, engineering, sales, etc.) and handle additional tasks as assigned.
Your success is grounded on:
- Educational & Professional Background: University Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Communication & Team Collaboration Skills: Strong communication abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
