In this role, you'll provide Support to sales commercials and projects execution for system business in accordance with policies approved by the Group and Regional Management. Are you in

You'll create impact on:

  • Financial & Risk Support: Assist with hedging requests, withholding tax processes, and issuance of bonds and guarantees during bid and execution phases in a timely manner.
  • Data Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure accurate data in order processing and project execution (e.g., order confirmation, customer creation, credit assessment) while maintaining consistency and transparency in product/spare parts business.
  • Audit & Documentation: Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation is maintained and accessible (e.g., via SharePoint).
  • Order & Sales Processing: Support end-to-end order processing, including sales order creation and issuance of purchase orders, in line with established guidelines and policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & General Support: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (commercial, project managers, engineering, sales, etc.) and handle additional tasks as assigned.

Your success is grounded on:

  • Educational & Professional Background: University Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Communication & Team Collaboration Skills: Strong communication abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Added Advantage: SAP knowledge & experience
