Overview:
The Trade Sales Assistant Manager / Manager will report to the Team Lead & Team Sales Manager responsible for the overall performance and trade business growth of the assigned portfolio. The successful candidate is tasked with developing strategies to gain market share and to grow trade utilization and revenues of assigned portfolios. They will also be responsible for embedding a customer-centric culture with the objective of establishing strong customer relationships and exploring end-to-end trade opportunities with clients under assigned portfolios with the aim to expand trade business.
Responsibilities:
Embed sales culture with objective of establishing strong customer relationships
Explore trade opportunities end-to-end on clients under assigned portfolio with the aim expand trade business.
Analyze and contribute to the delivery of financial results both in respect of trade revenue, assets, contingents and related financial and non-financial measurements for the assigned portfolio.
Formulate and validate all proposed trade solutions prior to delivery to target customers
Establish, implement and maintain competitive pricing structures and product/solution mix to maximize product profitability and shareholder value. Provide bundling strategies where appropriate, to ensure product or solution profitability
Improve sales efficiency by increasing utilization ratio of facilities and services offered and increasing share of wallet of related trade
Job Requirement
Malaysian citizen
Degree or equivalent
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in trade finance and trade related regulations.
4 years experience in Trade Sales/Products or Operations is a plus.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
