Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Business Analyst located in Puchong. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating business processes, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders. Additional duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing detailed reports, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives to improve business performance.

Qualifications

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

·      Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.

·      Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.

·      Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

·      Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

·      Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

·      Intermediate proficiency in Facilitation is required.

·      Intermediate level of proficiency in Business Requirements Gathering is recommended.

·      Business Process Management (BPM) - Intermediate,

·      Functional Analysis - Intermediate,

·      Stakeholder Management - Intermediate.

·      Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate discussions and gather requirements effectively.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes and identify areas for improvement.

·      Utilize analytical skills to assess and define business solutions that align with customer requirements.

·      Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
