Our client, a rapidly expanding AI company with a strong global footprint, is looking for a driven and tech-savvy Business Analyst to join their growing team in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with application support, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision making.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system functionality meets requirements.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related role.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications.
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
AI & Data Analytics Skills (Preferred)
- Experience supporting AI/ML projects such as predictive analytics or recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools, data pipelines, and model outputs to derive business insights.
- Ability to work with large datasets and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Understanding of generative AI tools and data-driven automation is an added advantage.
