Job Description
Requirement Analysis and Definition
· Analyze, collect, and define business requirements for financial software products,
including functional, performance, and security requirements.
· Draft detailed requirement documents based on business needs, ensuring clarity,
accuracy, and executability.
Cross Department Communication and Coordination
· Communicate effectively with business departments, technical teams, and other
stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and translate them into actionable
technical requirements.
· Act as a bridge during the project development process to ensure smooth information
flow and avoid communication barriers.
Product Design and Development Support
· Participate in product design and development processes to ensure the product meets
business requirements and user experience standards.
· Assist the R&D team in resolving issues related to requirement understanding
and provide support at the intersection of technology and business.
Requirement Documentation and Change Management
· Draft and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and track requirement
changes.
· Organize requirement review meetings to ensure consistent understanding among all
parties.
User Testing and Acceptance
· Participate in user testing and acceptance to ensure the final product meets end-user
needs and expectations.
· Collect user feedback and drive product optimization and iteration.
Industry Trends and Product Innovation
· Continuously monitor developments in the financial industry, conduct regular industry
research and propose product innovation and optimization suggestions.
· Share industry insights with the team to drive product strategy adjustments that align
with market changes.
Application Support
· Incident & Problem Management - Diagnose and resolve software bugs, system errors, and technical glitches. Identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
· User Support - Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user inquiries. Troubleshoot access issues, explain system features, and create user documentation.
· Training and Demo – Provide system training and demo to user on regular basis.
