Expectations:

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Support the capture and documentation of business and functional requirements (e.g. user journey, requirements lists, basic acceptance criteria) under guidance from specialists or delivery leads.

Process Mapping & Analysis

Assist in documenting current‑state and proposed future‑state processes using standard notation, helping teams understand end-to-end process, controls, and tools.

Workshop & Meeting Participation

Participate in workshops, sprint ceremonies and stakeholder meetings, taking structured notes, clarifying requirements and following up on actions and open points.

Delivery & Project Support

Work within project or delivery teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and delivered, supporting work allocation, testing preparation, UAT coordination and defect triage,

Learning Domain & Regulatory Context

A solid understanding of FX, cross‑border payments, and compliance touchpoints (e.g. KYC, AML, safeguarding), progressively applying this knowledge to analysis tasks.

What you offer:

3-7 years experience in a Business Analyst or Product Manager

Ideally FX or Payments experience, although Financial Services experience is also valued
