Business Analyst - Banking

Responsibilities:

• Business Area : Loan + Funds Transfer
• Plan and lead user-side activities for Core Banking system implementation or version upgrades
• Define ToBe branch operations based on system-side gap analysis
• Develop operation procedures and BCP/procedures
• Prepare test cases and plan UAT, migration, and business rehearsals
• Lead discussions with stakeholders and propose solutions to issues
• Conduct user training
• Manage postrelease activities
• Conduct progress tracking and issue management

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, preferably in the banking sector
• Basic knowledge of deposit, loan, and fund transfer operations
• Strong documentation and logical thinking skills
• Experience with package system implementation related to core banking (Temenos Transact)
• Experience in project implementation at user side (large-scale are preferred)
• Experience in business requirement definition, and gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be
• Experience in planning or executing user tasks such as UAT, migration, BCP, and training
• Business-level or higher English communication (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive the project, including working with remote team members across countries and managing vendors
• Willing to travel
