Your responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients
- Own the project plan with schedule, communications, risk, and deliverables
- Support team members by removing barriers to their work and identifying ways to work effectively. Drive decision-making on the scope
- Manage the scope prioritisation and delivery expectations with the client
- Contribute to the definition of product visions and strategies through participation in product definition activities, such as research, success and objective definition, and road mapping
- Collaborate with our client stakeholders in helping them make key product decisions to help them meet success metrics and goals
- Prioritise design and development activities to keep the team and client laser-focused on solving the right problem at the right time
- Lead ongoing requirements gathering, feature definition, and documentation for research, design, and engineering
- Create a wide array of product artefacts to support the design and engineering teams and keep them unblocked (eg, backlogs, user stories, sprint plans, briefs, requirements documentation, dependency diagrams, the logic flows)
- Collaborate with engineering leads to define technical implementation methods, assess backend requirements, generate technical estimates, and mitigate delivery impediments
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a functional role. Agency experience is a plus.
- Experience managing web and native mobile products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in design + engineering
- Experience in and appreciation for user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement
- Able to write product features, specifications, user stories, and requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with team members and clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- While 23 years of experience is preferred, high-performing fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
