Position: Business Analyst-Claims Management, Life Insurance

Experience: 5-9 years exp candidates

Location: KL, Malaysia

Work experience as Business Analyst

Gather and analyze business requirements related to life insurance claims processing, policy servicing

Work closely with claims, underwriting, and operations teams to streamline end-to-end claims workflows.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and system enhancement teams.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policy terms, and internal control standards.

Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating claim calculations, and resolving defects.

Analyze claims data to identify trends, leakage, and process improvement opportunities.

Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
