  • Analyse existing Bank's credit systems by performing gap analysis and provide solutions or areas of improvement to meet Bank's business operational, functional and control requirements.
  • Explore and identify new software/service to be developed for business enhancement opportunities.
  • Engage with various business and support units including Information Technology and User Acceptance Testing team to ensure projects are delivered within the stipulated timeline.
  • Prepare user manuals, application configuration documents and other relevant reports and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving business objectives.

Requirements

  • A recognised degree in either Business or IT / Computer Science
  • At least 5 years of related experience in business / functional analysis, preferably for Loan Origination System.
  • Strong analytical, critical and creative thinking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership capabilities
  • Good written and verbal communication
