Work closely with Business Solution Manager in establishing future IT application landscape with focus on digitalization and automation.
Assess systems, tools and solutions in the market from time to time to find opportunity for automation and digitalization&aposs in the business.
Support the rollout of new IT solutions.
Operational Excellence
Provide day-to-day support for business applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Act as a subject matter expert to analyze, advise, and consult business units on application-related requests, incidents, and demand.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Conduct and coordinate requirement studies and workshops to understand and collect user requirements.
Prioritize and manage demand requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT capabilities.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review demand status and set expectations.
Document and track change requests, ensuring relevant approvals are obtained before system development.
Review and analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for completeness and impact analysis before submitting for CAB approval.
Liaise with vendors for application-related demands, obtaining estimates and negotiating costs as necessary.
Coordinate with application vendors for deployment of changes into UAT.
Coordinate UAT activities with business units, ensuring proper sign-off and documentation of test results.
Coordinate the deployment of changes into Production with relevant sign-off.
Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
Document support processes and maintain an updated knowledge base.
Expand and improve the usage of existing workflow solutions, identifying potential use cases across various business units to enhance automation and process efficiency.
IT Projects
Support IT application rollout both local and regional projects.
Support and manage project deliverables from initiation through completion.
Manage to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables at each phase of the projects.
Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables.
Your Profile
Experience in providing application support (1st level or 2nd level) for business applications in area of incident management, demand management.
2-3 or more years of IT experience in a progressively growing capacity.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders expectations.
Experience in IT System project implementation and roll-out.
Able to lead project team and manage deliverables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience or familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
Technical skill in SQL scripting, Nintex Workflow, BI and automation tools is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
