This position requires a professional with strong business and IT analytical experience, capable of effectively managing business requirements, project schedules, and deliverables. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed business analyses, solution designs, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive Business and Functional Requirements by clearly defining business problems through in-depth analysis and the gathering of both technical and non-technical information, producing well-documented requirement specifications.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, propose effective solutions, and document requirements accurately in JIRA.
- Manage project deliverables in accordance with PMO standards, governance frameworks, and quality expectations.
- Prepare, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of all project documentation in line with approved SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, and communication artifacts to support timely updates and successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Ensure all projects are planned, governed, and executed in alignment with the established PMO framework and best practices.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements, ensuring project activities adhere to applicable policies and standards.
- Work closely with Project Managers to support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Plan, coordinate, and control end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring successful execution, defect resolution, and sign-off.
