Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or equivalent
Avaloq certification
Avaloq functional training
Minimum 3–8 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services
Strong functional knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking (Private Banking)
Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives
Experience working with vendors and system integrators in a banking environment
Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills
Good understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management operations
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, structured, and delivery-focused
Willingness to work onsite based on project and operational needs
