We are seeking motivated and analytical fresh graduates to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, financial analysis, strategic planning, and project management while working with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist the company's business processes to conduct comprehensive risk assessments, deeply explore potential risk points in each business scenario
• Coordinate strategy and model requirements, participate in key links such as offline calculations, monitoring verification, and effectiveness analysis, and promote the online implementation of strategy models.
• Support risk management team by analyzing data
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes
• Assist in project planning and execution.

Job requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (No job experience needed)
• Fluent Chinese is a must to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
• Major in Business, finance, economics, accounting
• Internship experience in banking, consulting, finance, business operations, or related fields is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and business concepts.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
