About the role:
This role, Business Analyst involves bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This role also requires the incumbent to understand, analyze, and document business processes, requirements, and objectives. He/she plays a crucial role in ensuring IT projects and initiatives meet business objectives, and deliver value efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least 3-year experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in Business/Systems or Quality Assurance setting, preferably in the software industry
- Should have good understanding of Trading platforms, certification systems, traceability systems
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Proven experience in documenting requirements and testing
- Knowledge of generating process documentation or standard operating procedures is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Self-starter, proactive, and work well in a team environment
- Excellent command of English and at least another language at professional working level
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
Preferred Requirements:
- Professional certification in Agile/Scrum/Business Analysis
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
